Development work of the 218,000m2 building phase Ia started at the beginning of 2007. In just nine months, all supply and disposal lines (storm drains and sewers; gas, water, electrical, telephone and cable television lines) were laid, thereby making the land “ready for building”. Roads were laid successfully in relation to the progression of standing objects.

However, the construction of the boulevard Unter Linden, with its 170 trees and walkable medium,  was completed in advance as it is the main access road and now forms a clear border for upcoming building phases. Development work for building phase Ib will start in autumn 2009.
