Recording, processing and using data

• We use the personal data you provide exclusively for fulfilling your wishes and requests and for the purposes of technical website administration, i.e. generally for processing the contract concluded with you and for replying to your enquiry.
• If you request that AMAND not use your personal data for establishing contact further and/or that AMAND delete your personal data, then your request will be fulfilled accordingly. Data that are absolutely necessary for order processing or for commercial purposes will not be affected by termination or deletion.
• Please understand that personalised services can no longer be provided if an objection is submitted, as said services are based on the use of customer data.
• Your data will not be transferred, sold or in any other way passed on to third parties unless necessary for order processing (e.g. parcel services or other service providers) or unless you have provided your explicit consent.
• We will only use personal data for advertising, marketing research and opinion research if you have provided us with prior consent and if you have not – to the extent pertinent under legal stipulations – submitted an objection.
• In the interest of improving the accessibility and effectiveness of our Internet site, we collect and assess various types of information. To do so, we transfer to you small files, so-called cookies, which supply us with information regarding visits for each individual webpage, visit duration, search terms and click paths. Information is also stored concerning the Internet provider, the type of browser being used and the date/time of access. • Access to the protected user area is reserved for builders and commercial investors. We collect data in the protected user area to process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes indicated in our contract or if you have provided consent in writing or electronically.

Options for self-protection and anonymity

• It is completely up to you to decide which information you would like to entrust us with during your visit.
• You can navigate anonymously on all of AMAND’s public webpages. You can especially anonymously use the service offers from our subsidiary companies, the property listings and the overview maps and can exit our listings at any time. We collect only statistical data that is not related to you personally in the interest of improving our Internet presence. The protected user area for builders and commercial investors is not available for anonymous use.
• When using the contact form, you are free to enter an e-mail address only. We will not investigate who the owner of the address is.
• Further information such as your name, your address, telephone and fax numbers or e-mail address will not be collected unless you provide said information voluntarily, e.g. during registration, for contract execution or for information enquiries

• If, while navigating these pages and files, you are requested to enter data about yourself, we hereby notify you that said data is transferred over the Internet via an unsecured connection, which means that the data can be accessed or even falsified by unauthorised parties.
• Your data are protected in our internal data processing environment using state of the art technology against manipulation, disclosure, technical risks and loss. A hierarchal authorisation system ensures that only certain employees will have access to your data in based on their position.
