Piggyback home
This home is a modification of a city house. In the building, people like to talk about the building, and it’s easy to imagine it as being two row homes on top of each other. The advantage to this variation is the division of property costs and the less amount of space needed for stairs, etc. These stacked homes offer a particularly wide variety of opportunities of use: e.g. living and working, several generations living together or letting a unit as a capital investment. The piggyback home is offered on the boulevard Unter Linden.
