By Car:
The centre of Cologne can be reached in a few minutes via the L213n, the "Lise-Meitner-Ring", along Militärringstraße and Aachener Straße.
The motorway junctions A1, A57 and A4 can be easily reached from Widdersdorf.
Public Transport:
Coming from Weiden, the new 149 line travels every 20 minutes and passes through Prima Colonia before returning to Weiden. It crosses the boulevard Unter Linden and calls at four "Prima-Colonia" stops: Zur Abtei, Zum neuen Kreuz, Rosmarinweg (at Cologne International School) and Palmenhof.
The existing 145 line (every 20 minutes) travels via Lövenich station, where the S-Bahn lines S12 and S13 can be reached, to the shopping centre "Rhein-Center" in Weiden and to the city railway line 1.
The 962 line also travels, by means of a diversion, via the main transport artery Unter Linden, therefore enabling a direct connection to the city railway lines 3 and 4 in Bocklemünd, at 30 or 60 minute intervals.
